We try our very best to get you the service you require to get the job done right at a low affordable cost that won’t break the bank. Below is the process to getting your phone serviced:
How to get service
- Fill out the form on the Repair form button or click Here .
- Package your phone and get insurance on it using USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- Once we receive your phone we will diagnose the problem and keep you up to date on its progress via e-mail.
- We will repair the phone and send it back to you via USPS and you will receive a tracking number in an e-mail.
- If there is a problem with the phone once you have received it back, just e-mail one of our technicians on the home page and we will resolve your problem.

Definitions of service
- Diagnosis and Repair
- This is the actual fixing portion of the package which is included in all 3 packages. It covers the diagnoses and repair of all faulty parts.
- Basic Refurbish
- This is the best for rotary phones with plastic housings. The housing is cleaned and washed before reassembly to remove most surface stains.
- Premium Refurbish
- This is the second best package for wood housed phones. The wood is repainted or re-stained depending on how it is received. Then it receives one coating of Polyurethane and is air dried.
- Premium Refurbish
- This is the best package for wood housed phones. The wood is repainted or re-stained depending on how it is received twice over two days. Then it receives two coating of Polyurethane and is air dried.
- Regular Shine
- All of the visible plastic is cleaned and shined with a micro fiber cloth.
- Max Shine
- All of the visible plastic is cleaned and shined twice with a micro fiber cloth.
- What exactly happens to my phone once you receive it?
- We take it apart with the manual database we have for each phone on record. If we don't have a record for your model then we take it apart noting exactly where everything goes by taking pictures and documenting screws and wires.
- What if you break my phone beyond repair while you are servicing it due to age?
- Though it is rare that we break a phone accidents do happen and we will reimburse your shipping and the worth of the phone. That is our guarantee!
- How long have you been in service?
- We have been serving customers since 2000 when repair for these phones became popular to fix. I had a friend that had a broken rotary phone and once I fixed it he told his other friends and long story short we are here today thanks to him.
- How many phones have you fixed?
- This one is asked very often so to answer your question we have a counter on the home page that gives you the total of phones we have repaired since we have opened.
