How to get service

  1. Fill out the form on the Repair form button or click Here .
  2. Package your phone and get insurance on it using USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  3. Once we receive your phone we will diagnose the problem and keep you up to date on its progress via e-mail.
  4. We will repair the phone and send it back to you via USPS and you will receive a tracking number in an e-mail.
  5. If there is a problem with the phone once you have received it back, just e-mail one of our technicians on the home page and we will resolve your problem.

Definitions of service

Diagnosis and Repair
This is the actual fixing portion of the package which is included in all 3 packages. It covers the diagnoses and repair of all faulty parts.
Basic Refurbish
This is the best for rotary phones with plastic housings. The housing is cleaned and washed before reassembly to remove most surface stains.
Premium Refurbish
This is the second best package for wood housed phones. The wood is repainted or re-stained depending on how it is received. Then it receives one coating of Polyurethane and is air dried.
Premium Refurbish
This is the best package for wood housed phones. The wood is repainted or re-stained depending on how it is received twice over two days. Then it receives two coating of Polyurethane and is air dried.
Regular Shine
All of the visible plastic is cleaned and shined with a micro fiber cloth.
Max Shine
All of the visible plastic is cleaned and shined twice with a micro fiber cloth.
